Head of Production
Magdalena Machalica is Head of Production: Short Form at the multi-award winning animation studio, Axis Studios. Magdalena brings a diverse arsenal of skills from her sixteen-year career across post-production, CG, and VFX, spanning many different genres and styles. Starting her career in various production roles across television stations such as Canal+ and TVP, she quickly found herself progressing in the industry as Head of Production for Platige for 10 years. Her previous credits include The Witcher seasons 1 & 2, Resident Evil: Village, and Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War & Warzone™.
In her role as Head of Production: Short Form, Magdalena keeps the Axis machine running at optimum capacity across projects of all shapes and sizes. She brings her wealth of knowledge to strategic decision-making across the studio and providing developmental support for the production team and an ambassador for Axis Studio’s values, culture and leadership.
